Deborah Clark is the Owner /Manager at SimpliCloud Accounting.  She graduated from Appalachian State University with a BSBA in Accounting and has over 35 years of experience in accounting ranging from small businesses to multimillion-dollar companies. She has worked in public accounting and has been the controller of several privately held businesses, both large and small, utilizing Quickbooks software. Also, Deborah has been a small business owner of several businesses so she understands the job of the business owner.  She passed the CPA exam in 1986 and has worked in accounting ever since.  When not working, Deborah enjoys time with family and friends and traveling. Appalachian State University graduate with a BSBA in Accounting.

Manager of Accounting Services

David Streb is the Manager of Accounting Services at SimpliCloud Accounting. He has been with the company for twelve years, and provides operational accounting, guidance, and oversight for small businesses ranging from sole proprietorships to million dollar corporations. As well as being QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and virtual controller for his clients, he provides insight and guidance to his team at SimpliCloud.  David has a B.S. in Business Administration from Duquesne University, majoring in Accounting.  Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with family, at the beach and all of the athletic fields watching/coaching his boys in all of their sports.

Financial Administrator

Jean is a Financial Administrator at SimpliCloud Accounting. She has been with the company since September 2014. She brings over 15 years of bookkeeping experience working in both public schools and small businesses. Jean’s main role at SimpliCloud Accounting is the daily update of our clients’ files, accounts payable and reconciliations. She is organized, detail oriented and passionate about helping business owners with their accounting needs. Jean is a QuickBooks Online Proadvisor.   In her free time, she loves to spend time with family, play golf and take long walks!

Senior Financial Administrator

Melody Cox is a Senior Financial Administrator at SimpliCloud Accounting. She has been with the company for nine years, and provides operational bookkeeping for small businesses ranging in size from start-ups to multimillion dollar enterprises. As a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she also trains clients on QuickBooks Online software, and answers questions that come up as they perform tasks in their files. Melody has a B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University, with concentrations in Management and International Business. When not working, Melody enjoys spending time with her husband and son, and their sweet golden retriever. They love living on the coast, and attend Coastal Community Baptist Church.

Account Manager

Rebecca Morris joined SimpliCloud Accounting in June 2021. She has over 15 years of experience in Banking, Finance, and Accounting Management, most recently for a mid-size multimillion-dollar firm. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from N.C. State University and an MBA from Fayetteville State University. Rebecca enjoys working with business owners, learning about their company and industry to find the best solutions for their accounting needs. Rebecca is married with 2 sons. As a family, they enjoy being on the water, traveling, and cheering on the Wolfpack as season ticket holders for N.C. State Football.
